Job summary

Colliers International in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced professional to support the brokerage team with client relationship management, transaction coordination, and financial analysis of lease portfolios.

You will act as the direct contact between Colliers and clients, manage lease transactions with senior brokers, and deliver detailed analyses and written summaries to influence decisions. A real estate license and proficiency with MS Office are required, with bonus Costar experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transaction management/coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• Valid real estate license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client relationship management and act as liaison between Colliers and clients.
• Coordinate lease transactions and tenant representations with senior brokers.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and lease portfolio reviews.
• Develop cash flow analyses and translate findings into client summaries.
• Review, negotiate and summarize lease terms for clients.
• Support RFPs and proposal responses in the transaction process.
