Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a senior real estate transaction professional in Memphis to lead end-to-end corporate and retail property deals, including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and dispositions.

You will coordinate with brokers, finance, and legal teams, analyze leases and market data, and drive portfolio optimization and governance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate real estate and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Transaction Execution across the corporate and retail portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, dispositions, acquisitions, and relocations.
• Broker and Vendor Relationship Management as the primary contact for real estate brokers and external partners, ensuring alignment with internal objectives.
• Portfolio Optimization Strategy in collaboration with real estate strategy teams to drive cost savings, space efficiency, and growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication with internal teams, legal, finance, facilities, and senior leadership.
• Market Intelligence and Analysis to monitor conditions, trends, and benchmarking for strategic decisions.
• Lease and Financial Analysis including financial modeling, lease abstracts, and transaction comparisons for business cases.
• Governance and Risk Compliance ensuring transactions align with governance and regulatory standards.
• Reporting and Documentation with accurate records and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Transaction Pipeline Planning to proactively manage a backlog of upcoming deals with coordinated resources.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field

5+ years of corporate real estate transaction management experience

Proven ability to manage multiple complex real estate deals simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

   Oversee all phases of real estate transactions including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, dispositions, acquisitions, and relocations across the corporate and retail portfolio.
2. Broker and Vendor Relationship Management
   Act as the primary point of contact for real estate brokers and external partners, ensuring alignment with internal objectives and service level expectations.
3. Portfolio Optimization Strategy
   Collaborate with real estate strategy teams to assess and implement portfolio optimization initiatives that support cost savings, space efficiency, and business growth.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
   Partner with internal stakeholders across lines of business, legal, finance, facilities, and senior leadership to align transaction strategies with operational needs.
5. Market Intelligence and Analysis
   Monitor market conditions, trends, and benchmarking data to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities or risks within the portfolio.
6. Lease and Financial Analysis
   Initiate financial modeling, lease abstracts, and transaction comparisons to support business cases and scenario planning.
7. Governance and Risk Compliance
   Ensure all transactions adhere to internal governance frameworks, regulatory compliance standards, and company approval processes.
8. Reporting and Documentation
   Maintain accurate transaction records, develop executive-level reporting dashboards, and present status updates to leadership on a regular basis.

   Proactively manage and prioritize a pipeline of upcoming transactions, ensuring resources and timelines are coordinated effectively.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
