Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a senior facilities leader to drive the company’s facilities strategy, policies, and project execution at the Dallas HQ and across regions. You will partner with the executive team to align real estate decisions with growth goals and manage vendor relationships, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires multi-state facilities experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field.
• Preferred minimum 6 years of equivalent work experience in facilities management, corporate or commercial real estate with an emphasis in office leasing or tenant representation.
• Preferred experience in real estate and/or facilities management covering multiple states and regions.
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills, especially MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• In-office attendance is essential (except for designated full-time remote positions).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate facilities strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Develop short and long term goals for management and operation of assets, leases and portfolio.
• Monitor process improvements and manage budgets.
• Oversee vendor and contractual services for facilities.
• Monitor contract terms and maintain facilities information database.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations.
• Lead third-party broker relationships for facilities transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Ensure real estate and integration projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
