The Director partners with senior leaders on acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures, guiding long-term space planning and alignment with HealthPartners' strategic goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate or facilities management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams and portfolios.
• Proven experience in lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, zoning, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
