Job summary

Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Leader to direct the company’s facilities strategy, policies, and procedures.

You will partner with the executive team to align real estate initiatives with strategic goals, oversee budgets, and manage vendor relationships for multiple sites. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in real estate or related field and 6+ years in facilities or corporate real estate, with strong English communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field required.
• Preferred 6+ years in facilities management or corporate/commercial real estate.
• Experience across multiple states/regions preferred.
• Strong communication and English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate facilities strategy aligned with company growth goals.
• Set short- and long-term goals for management, maintenance and operation of facilities and real estate portfolios.
• Oversee budgets and fiscal planning for facilities initiatives.
• Manage vendor contracts and services related to facilities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
