Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities management including multi-site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with real estate leases and space planning.
• Budgeting and capital projects experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for facilities planning and management.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive facilities Master Plan and lease strategy.
• Oversee operations, leasing, construction, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and periodic cost analyses.
• Lead safety programs and energy efficiency initiatives.
