Job summary

Avenue5 is a fast-growing, industry-leading multifamily property management company. We are seeking a vice president of new business in Denver to lead growth, source management agreements, and expand our book of business.

This role creates scalable processes for identifying opportunities, underwriting deals, and securing partnerships with owners, brokers, and developers. Expect extensive travel and close collaboration with regional leadership to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Five or more years in multi-family property management client strategy or related field.
• Three to five years with RealPage and/or Yardi software.
• Five or more years of direct management experience.
• CPM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all phases of the growth process including lead development, underwriting, and market assessment.
• Assist regional leadership in pursuing new business opportunities.
• Ensure company and client financial objectives are achieved.
• Provide financial underwriting and valuation support to new clients.
• Coordinate deal analysis within regions with leadership.
• Travel up to 75% as required.
