Job summary

Avenue5 Residential seeks a Vice President of Property Management to steer the strategic direction for a complex portfolio and maximize client satisfaction. The VP will grow properties by leveraging Avenue5 tools and lead long- and short-term plans with vision, judgment and leadership.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, budgets, and reports for owners, recruiting and mentoring associates, and collaborating on RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Client Services.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in multi-family property management.
• Ten+ years of direct management experience.
• Ten+ years managing relationships with senior clients.
• Two+ years in a Vice President role.
• Third-party, multifamily experience required.
• CPM certification preferred.
• 5+ years experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM optional.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for portfolio clients to maximize satisfaction.
• Grow assets within portfolio using Avenue5 tools and processes.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring and performance across associates.
• Own client relationships including planning, communications, and issue resolution.
• Manage budgets, P&L, general ledger, and reporting for owners.
• Collaborate on RFP/RFI responses with sales and client services.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and client requirements.
• Lead special projects to develop client opportunities.
