The position includes a competitive salary of $160,000 – $175,000, plus bonuses and allowances.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership.
• QSR experience required, large high-volume systems preferred.
• Proven success leading through Directors and senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Full operational oversight for 50–100+ QSR locations.
• Drive financial performance across revenue, labor, and controllables.
• Partner with HR, Training, Finance, and Marketing to scale the business.
