Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership experience, including significant multi-unit QSR responsibility.
• Overseeing multiple locations with direct accountability for operational and financial performance.
• Proven ability to improve same-store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, food costs, KPIs, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading District Managers, Area Directors, General Managers, and field leadership teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly to restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day multi-unit QSR operations across locations, ensuring execution of standards and brand expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop district/area leaders and managers; establish performance expectations and accountability.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and controllable costs while monitoring financial performance and implementing corrective actions.
• Improve labor productivity, food cost management, and restaurant-level EBITDA; develop rollout of tools and procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams on promotions, new openings, and market expansions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations while upholding hospitality and guest experience.
