Job summary

Papa ERDR is seeking a proven, senior multi-unit operator to lead Papa Johns restaurant operations across New England and New Jersey. You will own field leadership, drive sales growth, and manage profitability for the portfolio.

This executive role requires a track record of results, the ability to coach leaders, and hands-on accountability for EBITDA, labor, and food costs. Regular travel is expected to support growth and openings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading multi-unit QSR operations
• Evidence of sales growth and margin improvement
• Full P&L ownership across 20+ restaurants
• Experience with franchise systems (pizza/delivery a plus)
• Knowledge of NJ and New England labor regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead field Directors and Area Operations across NJ and New England
• Own P&L and drive EBITDA, labor, food cost, and margins
• Develop operating plans to grow same-store sales and transactions
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and franchise compliance
• Coach and promote leaders; build succession within the team
• Partner with People Ops on hiring, staffing models, and compliance
• Collaborate with Marketing on local store marketing and community engagement
• Use data to identify underperformers and lead turnaround plans
• Support openings, remodels, and acquisitions as the portfolio grows
• Contribute to company strategy as a senior leadership team member
