Vice President of Operations – Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)

Massachusetts / Rhode Island

Executive Leadership Role | $160,000 – $175,000 + Bonus + Allowances + Full Benefits

We are working with a high-growth, multi-unit QSR organization to recruit a Vice President of Operations to oversee large-scale restaurant operations across a key regional footprint.

This role is designed for a strategic yet highly operational executive — someone who has led large territories, built strong leadership teams, and knows how to scale systems without losing culture.

The VP of Operations will serve as a core member of the leadership team, partnering directly with ownership and executive leadership to drive performance, consistency, and long‑term growth.

What You’ll Lead

• Full operational oversight for 50–100+ QSR locations
• Direct leadership of Directors of Operations and senior field leaders
• Translate company vision into executable operational strategy
• Drive financial performance across revenue, labor, and controllables
• Establish performance rhythms, dashboards, and accountability frameworks
• Partner with HR, Training, Finance, and Marketing to scale the business
• Build long‑term succession plans and leadership pipelines
• Ensure operational excellence while preserving culture and speed

What You Bring

• 10+ years of multi‑unit restaurant operations leadership
• QSR experience required (large, high‑volume systems preferred)
• Proven success leading through Directors and senior managers
• Deep understanding of P&L management and operational analytics
• Strong executive presence with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset
• Experience operating across multi‑state or large regional footprints
• Based in or willing to travel regularly throughout MA / RI
