Qualifications

• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills are essential.
• ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: recruit, hire and train team members; build a positive, accountable team culture; provide ongoing feedback and recognize performance.
• Operations & Guest Experience: create a guest-first culture, maintain brand standards, cleanliness and food safety; ensure proper staffing for smooth shifts.
• Business & Financial Performance: drive sales, execute local marketing, control labor and food costs, manage cash handling, review performance to improve results.
• Administrative & Operational Support: manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering; forecast staffing and business needs; complete basic reporting and admin tasks.
