Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to lead the PM function across US projects from design through delivery, ensuring safety, on-time, on-budget, and top-quality execution.

This role will build scalable systems, standards, and dashboards, leading a multi-site team of Project Executives, Project Managers, and Coordinators in partnership with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive project management experience leading large, complex construction or modular projects.
• 7+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing multi-site or multi-project teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large, complex construction and modular manufacturing projects.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, schedule management, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish project governance frameworks, decision models, and reporting standards.
• Provide project health visibility to the Executive Leadership Team via dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance.
