Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) is seeking a Project Manager to join the U.S. Project Delivery Team.

You will manage the development and execution of projects from early design through manufacturing, collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to turn concepts into reality. This role is ideal for a seasoned manager with deep experience in the AEC or manufacturing sectors, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at cross-functional leadership and client relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering with 7+ years PM experience in manufacturing or AEC.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams from design through delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; proficient with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and internal teams to develop project charters, scopes, and objectives.
• Lead design through manufacturing by guiding cross-functional execution and decisions.
• Manage submittals, approvals, RFIs, and stakeholder communications.
• Schedule and lead internal and client meetings; maintain detailed project schedules.
• Monitor budget, forecast spending, and control cost variances.
• Report project health including budget, schedule, and procurement progress.
