Job summary

WSP seeks a Project Controls Specialist to join their Project Controls team. This role can sit in Texas, Utah, Tennessee, or Nevada, focusing on cost controls, scheduling, and earned value management.

You will build and maintain program schedules, prepare budgets and forecasts, track costs, and support PMIS like e-Builder and Procore. You’ll produce regular cost and schedule reports and help integrate data into Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cost controls and scheduling on large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of EVM, cost forecasting, and schedule management.
• Experience with PMIS like e-Builder, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to translate data into clear updates for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain program/project schedules; monitor schedules and variances.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and projections.
• Track costs including change management, accruals, and commitments.
• Produce regular cost and schedule reports for PMO and Power BI dashboards.
• Support integration of cost and schedule data with Power BI reporting tools.
