Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, Program Management Lead in the Private Client Office. You will drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives, partnering with the Business Manager to enable PCO expansion and ensure disciplined governance across Finance, Sales Strategy, Technology, and Location Strategy.

You will own the structure for field leader reviews, monitor dashboards, and provide executive-level updates.

Qualifications

4+ years in business management, strategy, consulting, or program management in a complex environment.
Strong stakeholder management to influence senior partners.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver cross-workstream plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication; experience creating executive updates and facilitating forums.
Proficient in MS Office; dashboards and leadership-ready materials.
Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

Drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives from intake through execution, adoption, and impact measurement, with clear scope and milestones.
Partner with the Business Manager to drive PCO expansion with key stakeholders, keeping workstreams agile and on track.
Translate location strategy into actionable plans, business readiness, and coordinated execution.
Monitor weekly field performance dashboards and leading indicators to identify hot spots and drive targeted actions.
Own coordination of field leader business reviews, partnering with Finance for data and insights; manage pre-reads and follow-through.
