Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President in the Corporate and Investment Bank Program Management team who will lead end-to-end project delivery across Finance & Business Management. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, mainly within Treasury, to manage regulatory, control, efficiency and business priorities, shaping team culture and delivering strategic initiatives.

You will establish governance, coordinate working groups, and ensure alignment with the firm's goals

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in finance and project management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create project charters, statements of work, project plans and define roles for delivery.
• Establish and maintain governance structures and adapt as needed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
• Coordinate Working Group sessions, prepare materials, document minutes, and own action items.
• Plan and track implementation and execution of plans.
• Develop governance, reporting, and senior management materials.
• Implement project management tools and processes per the team's controls library.
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elevate issues and coordinate communications across teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure a high-quality project management experience.
• Partner with technology to align design and build with business needs.
