Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Vice President to lead end-to-end program management across Finance & Business Management within the Corporate and Investment Bank.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to manage regulatory, control, efficiency and strategic priorities, build governance, and deliver senior management reporting and compelling presentations to executives.

Qualifications

• 7 years of work experience in finance industry and project management or similar
• Treasury/treasury product or liquidity reporting experience
• Experience in people management
• Advanced analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills
• Excellent multitasking and prioritizing abilities
• Ability to distill complex subject matter into actionable deliverables
• Strong communication with senior management
• Independent work with ownership mindset
• Experience managing cross-functional, end-to-end projects

Responsibilities

• Create project charters, statements of work, and project plans.
• Establish and maintain governance structures and adapt as needed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
• Lead Working Group sessions and document actions.
• Coordinate and track implementation and execution plans.
• Develop materials for governance forums and senior management.
• Implement project management tools and processes per controls library.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies at program level.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and escalate risks and dependencies.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure a high-quality PM experience.
• Collaborate with technology to align design and build with business needs
