Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President, Program Management Lead in the Private Client Office to drive a structured, collaborative, outcomes-driven approach across business management and project leadership.

You will partner with the Business Manager to guide PCO expansion, align with Finance, Sales Strategy, Technology, and Location Strategy, and ensure progress, risks, and decisions are clearly visible.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business management, strategy, consulting, or program/portfolio management within a matrixed environment.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, build actionable plans, and deliver across multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive updates and forums.

Responsibilities

• Drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives from intake through execution, adoption, and impact measurement.
• Partner with Business Manager to expand PCO and keep workstreams agile and on schedule.
• Translate location strategy into actionable plans and coordinated execution.
• Monitor dashboards and indicators to identify hot spots and drive targeted actions.
• Coordinate field leader business reviews with Finance for data insights; drive closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Finance, Sales Strategy, and Technology.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and standardize templates across PCO.
• Surface risks and issues proactively and maintain momentum with stakeholders.
