JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Business Practices Program/Project Manager to lead initiatives across the Private Client business and coordinate with business, legal, risk and compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project management and process design experience within consumer/business deposit, home lending, or wealth businesses.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior management.
• Ability to build cross-business relationships and influence without direct authority.
• Structured/analytical approach to problem-solving and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Own creation of business processes and controls to ensure compliance with stakeholders in Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Manage smaller projects supporting the Private Client agenda and implementation of processes and controls.
• Establish strong working relationships with workstream leads and subject matter experts.
• Act as a Thought Leader to drive problem-solving and business solutions.
• Produce or contribute to reporting and facilitate meetings at multiple levels.
