Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President to lead end-to-end program management within Finance & Business Management. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders, manage regulatory, control and efficiency priorities, and drive large-scale initiatives across the Corporate and Investment Bank Treasury.

Qualifications

• 7 years of work experience in finance industry and project management.
• Treasury/treasury product or liquidity reporting, forecasting experience.
• Experience in people management.
• Advanced analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills, able to take initiative and forward projects to successful completion.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to distill complex subject matter into actionable deliverables and implementation tasks.
• Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-impact presentations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create project charters, statement of work, project plans, defining roles and responsibilities for project delivery.
• Establish and maintain governance structure, evolving as needed.
• Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
• Coordinate and lead Working Group sessions, set agendas, prepare materials, document minutes, and own actions.
• Coordinate, plan, and track implementation and execution of plans.
• Develop materials for governance forums, reporting, presentations for senior management.
• Implement and maintain project management tools and processes per team controls and library.
• Identify, collate, and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to guide analysis and elevate issues, ensuring cross-team communication.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to deliver consistent project management experience.
• Partner with technology to ensure design and build meet business needs.
