Job summary

Razorfish is seeking an Associate Director of Program Management to lead PMO efforts for CRM and email marketing initiatives. You will bridge Customer Engagement, Business Strategy, Technology, Big Data, and Content, guiding small-to-medium engagements across client teams and ensuring flawless delivery with performance optimization.

You will balance client drivers with time, scope, quality, and risk while fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in marketing technology, CRM, or digital agencies.
• Expertise in email development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to craft and define a project plan based on assumptions, with complex scenario planning.
• Advanced experience with project management tools Smartsheet and Workfront.
• Excellent communication skills with experience delivering daily updates to clients.
• Strong systems thinking, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements across Product Marketing, Creative, Data and Analytics to ensure a clear campaign vision and seamless execution.
• Oversee the development, QA, testing, and deployment of email campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, personalization, and journey orchestration.
• Collaborate with analytics teams on A/B and multivariate testing and implement optimization strategies to drive conversion.
• Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day execution and translate goals into clear project plans and email experiences.
