Job summary

Razorfish in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Director of Program Management to act as an operational leader for CRM and email marketing initiatives. You’ll bridge Customer Engagement, Business Strategy, Technology, Big Data, and Content, leading small-to-medium engagements across client teams and ensuring flawless delivery while optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in marketing tech, CRM, or digital agencies.
• Expertise in email development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to craft a project plan based on assumptions and complex scenario planning ahead of kickoff.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet and Workfront preferred).
• Excellent communication delivering daily updates to clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements across Product Marketing, Creative, Data and Analytics to ensure a clear campaign vision.
• Oversee development, QA, testing, and deployment of email campaigns and journey orchestration.
• Collaborate with analytics for A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion and troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day execution and translate goals into clear project plans.
