Job summary

Razorfish, Inc. in Houston seeks a VP, Program Management to lead a portfolio of multi-year programs across major clients. You will own delivery health, margin, and client outcomes while driving AI-enabled delivery and cross-functional governance. This role requires executive presence and a track record in strategic delivery leadership.

You will shape operational rigor, partner with Creative, CS, Finance, and Capabilities, and ensure a unified One Team approach to client success and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of delivery leadership with portfolio accountability.
• Experience managing large anchor accounts with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach and grow delivery teams across multi-year programs.
• Delivery of complex digital programs across CRM, web, social and AI channels.
• Strong financial management skills including margin and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead an increasingly complex portfolio of programs across one or more clients ($20M+), with full accountability for delivery health, margin realization, and client outcomes.
• Champion the EDGE connected delivery framework to ensure defined outcomes, scope, staffing, and financial visibility.
• Lead AI-augmented delivery by integrating AI tools into delivery operations and building a 30–40% AI-augmented engine.
• Oversee CRM and personalization programs, connecting execution to revenue and client lifetime value.
• Diagnose delivery challenges and design real-time recovery plans to protect delivery quality and commercial health.
• Own scope integrity and margin performance; validate scope and involve delivery input in staffing decisions.
• Foster One Team governance across CS, Finance, Capabilities and partners for unified delivery.
• Build delivery reporting that links activity to client KPIs and business outcomes.
• Maintain anchor account leadership with executive relationships and long-term strategic planning.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing PM team with clear standards.
• Drive governance, templates, onboarding, and scalable best practices across accounts.
