Job summary

You will translate strategy into executable plans, align stakeholders, and guide teams across product, technology, data, design, and operations.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in program management, tech delivery, or strategy & operations.
• Experience delivering initiatives in financial services, payments, and/or technology.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with multiple dependencies and senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills with clear narratives on trade-offs, risks, and decisions.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a matrixed environment.
• Strong risk-and-control mindset and partnership with control functions.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with Agile and Lean delivery practices.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs from initiation to launch and stabilization.
• Translate strategic intent into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Align stakeholders on options, trade-offs, and decisions needed to drive value realization.
• Coordinate launch readiness across product, technology, data and analytics, design, operations and control partners.
• Drive accountability across teams to maintain momentum and dates.
• Lead security-first modernization and remediation to improve resiliency and reduce vulnerability.
• Establish and run program governance and operating cadence including change control.
• Deliver concise executive updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Define success metrics and benefits and report outcomes to senior leaders.
• Improve portfolio-level delivery predictability with lightweight PM mechanisms and standards.
• Use data and analytics to increase transparency and delivery performance.
