Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the JPMorgan Next Commercial Card unit seeks a Product Expansion Vice President to lead innovation through new product development, partnerships, and feature delivery that delight customers.

As a foundational owner, you will drive end-to-end delivery, manage external partners, align cross-functional teams, and navigate a complex regulatory environment to bring scalable payment solutions to startups and mid-market clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering high-impact, large-scale products, projects, or technology applications.
• Experience building, launching, and managing payments products with external partners.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about data products and business objectives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional dependencies and scale products on time.
• Understanding of the Innovation Economy and Emerging Middle Market needs.
• Knowledge of releasing products in a complex regulatory and controls environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, launch, and commercialization of the J.P. Morgan Next product, including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Manage external partnerships critical to product development with accountability and roadmap influence.
• Foster internal relationships to enhance efficiency across product, tech, and operations teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of technical specifications and communicate benefits to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain visibility of timelines, eradicate blockers, ensure resources, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Drive change management across partners ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver periodic business updates to executives and governance bodies.
