Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Platform Product Manager for Payments at Vice President level to own the platform roadmap and drive end-to-end product life cycles across the Debit portfolio.

You will partner with Regional Product Managers, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Client Services to deliver scalable payment solutions and exceptional client experiences. The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional leadership, and delivering value through innovative payment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Experience in product management in payments or financial services.
• Strong understanding of global payment networks, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with global payment methods and local market requirements

Responsibilities

• Own and manage platform product strategy and roadmap and strategic investment delivery for our Debit portfolio.
• Prioritize and deliver network requirements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk of over/under billing and penalties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, oversee development, integration, and provide ongoing support for new payment method builds.
• Pursue mandate waivers and extensions to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth and client acquisition through delivery of new capabilities and maximizing portfolio profitability.
• Maintain and update product collateral, and support client enablement through meetings, RFPs, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and report on product adoption, utilization, and financial metrics.
• Ensure audit and risk assessment readiness, compliance management, and support for product oversight and controls.
• Expand team processes to include new payment methods and platforms.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
