Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions seeks a Vice President of Professional Services to lead delivery across Professional Services, Custom Development, Help Desk, and Managed Services. You will own the P&L, drive profitability, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to convert demand into value.

Responsibilities include defining delivery strategy, improving service quality, and building scalable processes. Lead teams, mentor leaders, and manage executive escalations as needed.

Qualifications

• Executive-level P&L ownership and financial leadership.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technology services teams.
• Strong understanding of professional services profitability, utilization, recurring revenue.
• Ability to create scalable delivery processes, reporting models, governance, and resource plans.
• Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, vendors, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-service delivery portfolio across Professional Services, Custom Development, Help Desk, Managed Services, and related delivery operations.
• Own the P&L including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, gross margin, and expenses.
• Drive profitable delivery with standardized project, program, and support practices.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on opportunity strategy, scoping, and pipeline planning.
• Oversee Help Desk and Managed Services, ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Provide oversight for Custom Development, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Define reporting, KPIs, escalation processes, capacity planning and staffing models.
• Mentor and develop team members, build accountable, customer-focused culture.
• Manage executive escalations and client relationships as needed.
• Contribute to service offering development and strategic initiatives.
