Job summary

PCMI is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead a growing PS organization, owning the full P&L, strategy, and execution. You will align two directors under a unified vision, drive growth, margins, and client value across software implementations and service offerings.

The role requires executive presence, a track record in SaaS, and partnership with Sales and Finance to optimize pricing and delivery. Hybrid work in US with an office in Park Ridge, IL is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or advanced business/tech degree preferred.
• 12+ years in professional services with 5+ years in senior leadership and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and operating model for the PS organization.
• Own the PS P&L, including revenue and margins.
• Lead PS Operations and Delivery directors and coordinate with Sales and Finance.
• Drive pricing strategy and engage with executive leadership on growth.
