Job summary

BNY Mellon in Pennington, NJ seeks a Vice President, Production Services Application Support to join our Engineering team. This role focuses on end-to-end visibility, performance testing, and optimization across applications, databases, networks, and code.

You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report status to management, while coordinating work within teams and delivering automated testing strategies in a securities-related environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of related experience; securities/financial services exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and run moderately complex performance products as part of an end-to-end visibility strategy.
• May allocate/coordinate work within a team or project.
• Execute complex performance tests and lead reporting of results.
• Apply performance best practices across applications, databases, networks, and code monitoring strategies.
• Evaluate and implement automated test tools and strategies.
• Collect and analyze network performance information for simulation models.
• Contribute performance engineering knowledge to simulation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress; report status to management.
