Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Manager in Plano, TX to lead end-to-end development and drive customer value for the Deposits 2.0 product line. You will translate customer needs into scalable solutions and guide launches with cross-functional teams to ensure superior client experiences.

You will collaborate closely with technology, design, operations, risk, and legal teams, owning the backlog and tracking key success metrics.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities from discovery to delivery.
Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.
Experience using data and customer feedback to inform strategy and prioritization.
Strong communication and collaboration across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

Develop a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
Lead discovery efforts and market research to inform the roadmap.
Own and maintain the product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap.
Define key product metrics for cost, features, reliability and risk.
Collaborate with tech, design, operations, risk, legal, and control teams to deliver deposits products.
Use insights, trends, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Drive execution with prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
