Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Ability to lead product life cycle activities from discovery to value management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and develop the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build framework and track product metrics including cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
• Partner with technology, design, operations, risk, legal, and controls teams to deliver customer-centric deposits products.
• Use customer insights, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and growth.
• Drive product execution through prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the deposits portfolio.
