Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC, Columbus, is seeking a Product Manager for Consumer Bank's Deposits 2.0. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, act as the voice of the customer, and guide the launch of profitable products that deliver real client value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, resiliency, and stability, while gathering feedback and refining the roadmap to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related field.
• Deep knowledge of product life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research for the roadmap
• Owns and maintains the product backlog aligned to the roadmap
• Builds framework and tracks key metrics (cost, features, reliability)
• Develops relationships across product areas to deliver Deposit 2.0
• Balances user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
