Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Owner on the Business Architecture team within Firmwide Financial Control to lead data product initiatives and platform modernization.

You will collaborate with line of business stakeholders, data SMEs, and technology teams across Finance, Credit Risk & Treasury, delivering on monthly releases and program milestones. The role requires 6+ years in PM/BA, strong leadership, and proven experience managing complex programs with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of project management and business analysis experience.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering large complex programs and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of product owners responsible for platform modernization and expansion of data products.
• JIRA grooming and test execution.
• Issues resolution and escalation of critical risks.
• Influence and communicate with senior stakeholder relationships (business, operations, technology).
• Drive compliance of product and Release Management standards and operating model.
• Lead end-to-end project strategy discussions and deliver plans for successful delivery of firmwide and LOB change events.
