Job summary

Responsibilities include leading product owners, JIRA grooming, risk management, and delivering strategic change events for Finance, Credit and Treasury reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 6+ years in project management and business analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering large programs and coordinating multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product owners focused on platform modernization and data products.
• Coordinate JIRA grooming, test execution, and issue resolution.
• Escalate critical risks and maintain senior stakeholder alignment.
• Shape project strategy and deliver plans for firm‑wide finance, risk and treasury changes.
• Drive business process reengineering and ensure end‑user operational readiness.
