Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user-facing product ownership within financial services or regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to design and build user-centric data analytics tools for large data sets.
• Strong communication skills tailored to executives, developers and business users.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in desktop tools (Excel) and data querying (SQL) to support analysis.
• Experience leading complex projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data/BI concepts: ETL, data modeling, reporting automation, practical application.
• Experience with UI/UX considerations and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build user-facing data analytics tools—dashboards, exception handling, and workflow automations.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile/Scrum framework to maximize delivery value.
• Utilize Jira/Confluence to manage projects and maintain documentation.
