Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager (Vice President) to lead a portfolio of finance automation initiatives within the Consumer and Community Banking Finance Data & Insights organization. You will partner with Controllers, Treasury Analytics, and Technology to drive discovery through adoption and shape measurable value, controls, and delivery plans.

You will translate business challenges into practical product opportunities, communicating the art of the possible while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or finance transformation experience.
• Experience owning roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Controllers, Treasury and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Experience delivering in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build business cases and measure productivity, controls, and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product roadmap with milestones and progress updates.
• Partner with Finance, Controller, Treasury, Product, Technology, Design, and Data stakeholders to align priorities.
• Lead discovery and requirements definition translating insights into prioritized plans.
• Prioritize roadmap and backlog based on value, feasibility, risk, and controls.
• Communicate the art of the possible to senior finance management regarding automation and AI impacts.
• Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to drive delivery and manage risks.
• Drive adoption and measure benefits by embedding capabilities in business processes.
