Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, Product Owner – Client Onboarding for the Digital Wallets team. You will guide customers through onboarding and integration with our payment services, translating complex requirements into clear outcomes with engineering partners and stakeholders.

Your leadership will drive governance, risk-aware decisions, and scalable design across APIs and onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management with ownership of a roadmap
Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Knowledge of REST, webhooks, and API gateway patterns
Strong project management across multiple workstreams
Experience producing executive-level communications and status reports
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal communication for cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

Identify and refine product requirements for API-enabled payments features
Own and maintain the product roadmap for assigned workstreams
Lead stakeholder engagement across tech, operations, risk, and business functions
Establish and execute project cadences for onboarding initiatives
Synthesize data and market signals to identify gaps and propose solutions
Evaluate API architecture decisions to ensure scalability and security
Facilitate working sessions, steering committees, and executive briefings
Monitor post-launch product performance and identify optimization opportunities
Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and workflows
