Chase is seeking a Vice President, Product Owner for Client Onboarding on the Digital Wallets team in New York. You will guide onboarding and integration for payment services, translating complex technical requirements into concrete product outcomes while coordinating with engineering, operations, risk, and business stakeholders.

You will own the product roadmap, engage senior stakeholders, and drive project management disciplines to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management
• Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of REST, webhooks, and API gateway patterns
• Strong project management skills
• Experience producing executive-level communications
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field
• Excellent verbal communication and cross-functional alignment skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and refine product requirements for API-enabled payments features for engineering partners
• Own and maintain the product roadmap for assigned workstreams
• Lead stakeholder engagement across technology, operations, compliance, and business functions
• Establish and execute project management cadences to keep onboarding moving
• Synthesize data and market signals to identify gaps and propose solutions
• Evaluate modern API architecture decisions to support scalability and security
• Facilitate working sessions and executive briefings with clear progress updates
• Monitor product performance metrics post-launch and identify optimization opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement through tooling and process enhancements
