JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President Product Manager in the Controls Room Organization to drive the CORE Product development and evolve the Control Managers' technology experience in Compliance and Operational Risk. You will lead AI-first capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate strategy into actionable tasks while managing roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Quantitative degree with 6+ years of product/tech experience.
• Advanced ability to translate user requests into tech requirements using agile tools such as JIRA.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional product initiatives with no direct authority.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and prototyping tools (Claude Code, Copilot).
• Experience implementing AI-enabled, agentic workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop the CORE Product per roadmaps.
• Translate strategy into actionable tasks for Product Owners and Agile teams.
• Oversee spec-driven delivery with high-quality requirements and rapid prototyping.
• Ensure AI-first roadmap by embedding intelligent assistance.
• Manage relationships with Lines of Business and Function Leads.
• Present roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders.
