Job summary

JP Morgan Chase seeks a Controls Room Product Manager – Vice President to lead a team of Product Owners in shaping the Control Management technology ecosystem. You will drive AI-first capabilities, collaborate with business and tech partners, and push rapid prototyping to scale durable solutions.

You will partner with various stakeholders to define roadmaps, translate high-level strategy into actionable tasks, and oversee modernization efforts within the Controls Room.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with full lifecycle ownership.
• Strong ability to translate user needs into actionable requirements using Agile.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data analytics or AI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams through the product development lifecycle and deliver roadmaps.
• Monitor roadmap progress and elevate risks.
• Embed AI-first capabilities into end-user experiences.
• Deliver iteratively using agile practices and rapid prototyping.
• Manage relationships with lines of business and stakeholders.
• Translate business strategy into actionable user stories and tasks.
• Provide impact analysis for projects and influence end-to-end implementations.
• Present roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders.
