Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Product Management for our Higher Ed business, you will lead our product strategy and drive customer and business outcomes. You will oversee a team of product managers, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and collaboration. Your expertise in the Product Operating Model will be key in enhancing our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to define a product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs. Conduct continuous discovery to identify opportunities for innovation.
2. Product Prioritization: Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility. Focus on outcomes tied to success metrics.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to align around customer outcomes and enable autonomous decision-making.
4. Product Development Excellence: Implement discovery and delivery processes to validate opportunities and iterate based on feedback and data.
5. Data-Driven Leadership: Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and advocate for necessary investments.
6. Team Leadership: Develop and lead a team of product managers, fostering deep customer insight and high performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in product management within a tech organization.
• Extensive knowledge of the Product Operating Model and leading empowered teams.
• 10+ years in leadership roles, building and leading product teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven success in launching and scaling innovative products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
