About you:
- You bring at least 10 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years in a senior product leadership role.
- You have a proven track record of owning and executing end-to-end product strategy, delivering successful products at scale.
- You possess deep expertise in pricing, packaging, unit economics, and the key financial metrics that drive SaaS business performance.
- You're a clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence—comfortable engaging with customers, presenting to boards, and speaking to large audiences.
- You’re deeply passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and driving measurable business outcomes.
- You’ve successfully built, led, and mentored high-performing product teams.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to bring ideas to life.
About the Role:
- We are looking for an entrepreneurial Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy and execution. This leader will treat product management as a business discipline—owning market success, pricing strategy, adoption, and profitability. You will be our voice in the market and the voice of the market within our company.
- This is a highly visible, market-facing role with ownership of the full product lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Operations to deliver high-impact products that delight customers and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Strategic Leadership: Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with overall company goals. Empower product managers as business owners, accountable for customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and financial performance. Define and drive pricing and packaging strategies in close collaboration with go-to-market teams.
- Engage with Customers and the Market: Act as a key representative of the product organization—speaking at industry events, conferences, and customer forums. Build deep empathy for customer needs through regular conversations and user research. Champion a strong feedback loop to ensure product-market fit and responsive product development.
- Drive Product Execution and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product & Engineering Operations and Engineering leadership to scale a world-class development process. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver successful launches, compelling value messaging, and robust enablement. Leverage data to continuously monitor and improve product performance, adoption, and impact.
- Lead and Grow a High-Performing Team: Inspire and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration. Implement systems for prioritization, alignment, and performance tracking. Promote a mindset of customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
