Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the UnitedHealthcare Mobile Application
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric mobile solutions
  • Be consumer obsessed to drive innovation to reduce member abrasion and increase digital adoption by enhancing personalization and user experiences
  • Partner with engineering to define technical requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, iterating based on data and user feedback
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while fostering an agile, high-performance culture
  • Lead a team of technical product managers, promoting growth and accountability

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving data-informed decisions.
  • 2+ years of experience working in teams delivering consumer facing mobile applications
  • 2+ years of experience in direct supervision of a team, including responsibility for performance management, task delegation, and team development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with API integration, system design and management
  • Knowledge of product management tools like Aha and Rally
  • Proven solid communication, organizational, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
  • All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy

The salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
