About the VP, Product Engineering at Headspace:
At Headspace, our mission is to transform mental health care by combining mindfulness and meditation with cutting-edge technology. We’re seeking a visionary VP of Engineering to lead our product engineering teams as we scale our impact and reimagine how technology can improve mental health for millions of people.
As the VP of Product Engineering, you will oversee three critical pillars of our technology organization:
Employer and Partner Portal: Innovative tools enabling our enterprise clients to enhance workplace wellness and connect their teams with Headspace services.
Provider Experience & EHR Platform: Robust systems that empower our providers to deliver exceptional care efficiently and effectively.
Internal Software Tools: Essential infrastructure that keeps Headspace running smoothly and enables our teams to work at their best.
You’ll lead a team of experienced engineering managers and their teams, providing guidance and setting strategic direction for our technology efforts across the organization.

The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full-time position is $200k-$310,000k + equity + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are based on the job, level, and location, and reflect the lowest to highest geographic markets where we are hiring for this role within the United States. Within this range, individual compensation is determined by a candidate’s location as well as a range of factors including but not limited to: unique relevant experience, job-related skills, and education or training.
Your recruiter will provide more details on the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process. At Headspace, base salary is but one component of our Total Rewards package.
