Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years across Data Science, MLOps, Software/Platform Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and modern platform practices.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year innovation strategy for end-to-end risk products balancing speed, risk, controls and cost.
• Translate strategy into funded initiatives with clear KPIs and value narratives for leaders.
• Convene and lead decision forums across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Architecture and others to set standards.
• Navigate priorities, broker trade-offs, and drive outcome-oriented alignment.
• Understand client voice across the Consumer and Community Banking Risk organization.
• Embed risk controls and auditability into pipelines to satisfy regulatory requirements without slowing delivery.
• Facilitate pilots for progressive delivery methods and implement monitoring for model/data drift and remediation.
• Maintain templates and enablement materials and track KPI adherence.
