Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI/ML, RPA, BPM, and analytics solutions across Disputes.
• Translate objectives into technology roadmaps with milestones, KPIs, and outcomes.
• Serve as business architect ensuring scalable, compliant solutions aligned to enterprise strategy.
