Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks a Finance OM&AI Governance & Oversight Lead, VP level, to drive portfolio governance, PoC gating, and executive transparency across AI initiatives. You will manage PoC approvals, risk & control, and enterprise PM tooling to ensure audit-ready delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver complex dashboards and governance packs for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in portfolio governance, PMO, or business management.
• Experience with PoC stage-gating and investment governance.
• Strong executive reporting, MIS, and dashboarding experience.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance standards, PoC gating, and stage-gate reviews.
• Manage investment intake, prioritization, and ROI validation.
• Design and automate exec dashboards and MIS for senior leadership.
• Lead change management and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, dependencies, and issues.
