You will manage front‑to‑back deliverables, govern budgets and timelines, coach teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic roadmaps and risk‑aware execution across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years in business analysis / project / program management with finance industry experience.
• Strong PM skills: scoping, planning, risk & issue management, status reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; leadership in large programs.
• Hands-on, able to coach teams to reach high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross‑divisional initiatives with front‑to‑back teams (product, design, engineering, operations).
• Identify, report, and accelerate project risks to senior partners; oversee remediation.
• Provide transparency and progress via governance forums with GBM leadership.
• Identify and remove impediments at program level, leveraging sponsorships and relationships.
• Work with product owners to build strategic vision and forward-looking roadmap; refine backlog.
• Define QA/testing approaches and develop migration strategies for post testing.
